Return and Refund Policy

FARFA applies a return term of 14 calendar days for you to withdraw from the sales contract and return a product, without having to justify your decision to withdraw from the sales contract and without bearing any costs except for the shipping costs. The withdrawal period from the sales contract expires within 14 days as of:

  1. the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods – in the case of multiple products ordered in a single order to be delivered together;
  2. the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good – in the case of multiple products ordered in a single order to be delivered separately;
  3. the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good – in the case of delivery of a good consisting of several lots or pieces.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The approximate cost is estimated at a maximum of 30 RON (including the standard transportation fare plus any additional costs imposed by the transporter company) for Romanian orders. For orders coming from other EU countries, the return shipping cost will be communicated based on the applicable rate in each country.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item you want to return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging. The product must be accompanied by the accessories and/ or gifts with which it was delivered, the original of the guarantee certificate (if it was issued by the producer/ distributor) and all the documents with which the product has been delivered. You will also need the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.

Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show stains, tears, signs of wear or use, scratches, bumps, mechanical or electrical shocks, or products that are missing accessories are not accepted.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders, products manufactured based on the specifications presented by you or personalized items), personal items, which, for customer health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless unsealed, or gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return procedure

To make a return, please inform us before the expiry of the withdrawal period about your decision to withdraw from the contract at contact@farfa.co and:

  1. send us the completed and signed Withdrawal Form; or
  2. make an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the sales contract, for example by e-mail, in which it is advisable to also mention the order number, the products you want to return and the address from which you want the return package to be collected.

Following the analysis of your return request, we may request additional information from you.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Please send the products without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Also, if the return package contains different or additional products than those communicated to us, the refund will be refused.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get the wanted product is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, we can proceed with the exchange process where an identical item can be sent to the customer. In the case of the exchange item having a different value, the customer will incur any additional costs, covering the additional value of the exchange item. Please mention in the return request if you do not want a refund of the value of the returned products, but rather the exchange with other products, according to this section.

Refunds
We will notify you immediately once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may postpone the reimbursement until we receive back the goods or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The refund will cover the amount received as payment for the returned products, excluding delivery costs. You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling, other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the goods.

We will make the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of refund; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
