Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across EU via trusted courier services:

• Romania: SameDay 

• Other EU countries: DPD

Processing Time

Normally, orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays), depending on the time the order is placed. Processing of the orders might be delayed during busy periods, for example the holidays periods or those with promotional campaigns, or until we receive the payment of the products’ price, if you choose online payment. However, we make all efforts to ensure that your purchases reach you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered by the courier firms within 1 - 3 business days for Romania and ± 5 business days for other EU countries, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Romania

• Standard shipping: 19 RON

• Free shipping: For orders over 400 RON

Other EU countries

• Standard shipping: 15.95 EUR

• Free shipping: For orders over 150 EUR

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually contact you or attempt redelivery. If your package is returned to FARFA due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Delays

While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, external factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays may cause occasional disruptions. FARFA is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery service.

Other Information

No customs duties apply to domestic orders within Romania.
